At Data Intelligence, we believe in the quality of our analytics. To ensure you’re fully comfortable before committing, we offer a free trial on all plans. During your trial period, you may evaluate our dashboards and services at no charge.

1. Free Trial

Duration: As advertised on your chosen plan (e.g., 1-day trial).
Cancellation: No payment details are charged until your trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial via your account dashboard.
2. Post-Trial Purchases
No Standard Refunds: Once your paid subscription begins, all fees are non-refundable and non-prorated for unused time.
Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience a genuine technical issue or believe you were incorrectly billed, please reach out within 30 days of the charge. At our discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund.
3. How to Request a Review or Credit

Your order number or transaction ID
A concise description of the issue
We’ll acknowledge your request within 2 business days and work with you to resolve the problem.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have any dispute regarding charges or service delivery that we cannot resolve directly, you may escalate via Paddle’s support channel (as Paddle is our Merchant of Record).
