These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Data Intelligence’s cloud-based analytics dashboards and related software (the “Service”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms—and to Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy and Paddle’s role as Merchant of Record. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Definitions

“Buyer” means you or your organization.
“Subscription” means your paid access to one of our plans.
“Merchant of Record” means Paddle, Inc., which processes all payments, issues invoices, handles taxes, and manages refunds.

Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized access.

Service Description

Data Intelligence provides an online dashboard platform for uploading, visualizing, and analyzing data with features such as interactive charts, custom reports, and role-based access controls.

Subscription Plans & Billing

Plans: Starter, Professional, Enterprise.
Billing: Paid monthly or annually via credit card or invoice—processed by Paddle.
Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date; no prorated refunds.

Free Trials

One trial per organization. Paddle reserves the right to modify or terminate trials at any time.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. See our standalone Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful activities, to distribute malware, or to reverse-engineer our platform. All use must comply with Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual Property

Our IP: Platform code, designs, and trademarks remain our property.
Your Data: You retain ownership of anything you upload; you grant us a license to host and display it.

Data Retention & Deletion

After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days for export; thereafter it is permanently deleted.

Warranty Disclaimer & Liability

We provide the Service “as is” without warranties. Our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Data Intelligence and Paddle against any third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches of these Terms or Paddle’s policies. Data deletion follows the 30-day retention window.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Pakistani courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
